Brady Boyd is the senior pastor of New Life Church. Pastor Brady is a gifted teacher and strong leader, bringing to New Life many years of experience in pastoral ministry. He also has a passion for training, equipping, and releasing leaders in the areas of prophecy, leadership, church health, and small group ministry.

Before coming to New Life in August 2007, Pastor Brady served at Gateway Church in Southlake, TX as part of their Senior Pastoral Team. Pastor Brady also served as the Senior Pastor of Trinity Fellowship Church in Hereford, Texas prior to joining Gateway in 2001. He is a graduate of Louisiana Tech University and has experience in television and radio broadcasting as well as sales management.

Brady and his wife, Pam, have two children: Abram and Callie.

Ross is the worship pastor of New Life Church. He is the founder and president of the New Life School of Worship, and committed to training and equipping young men and women to lead worship in local churches. Ross enjoys teaching on worship at conferences and seminars, and is also the worship leader on the Integrity Music recordings "I Am Free", "More Than Life", "Around Your Throne", and "Lord of the Harvest". Ross and his wife, Aimee, were married in 1992, and they have five children: Zachary, Taylor, Grace, Ethan, and Owen.

Rob Brendle is an associate pastor at New Life as well as pastor of New Life's Sunday Night service. Rob helped pioneer worldprayerteam.org, the world's first internet-based real-time prayer information exchange, and currently serves on the board of directors for Life Network, a ministry dedicated to defending the sanctity of human life, and World Orphans. Rob is the author of In The Meantime: The Practice of Proactive Waiting, and his work has been featured in Charisma, Leadership Journal, and Ministries Today. Rob and his wife, Mauri, have three children.

Lance Coles moved to Colorado Springs to help start New Life Church in 1985. Lance has served as Church Administrator and Executive Pastor, witnessing the growth of New Life Church from just a handful of believers to our current membership.

Lance is a 1984 graduate of Liberty Bible College in Pensacola, FL, with a degree in theology.  After moving to Colorado Springs, he obtained a degree from Colorado Christian University in organizational management. Lance and his wife, Rachel, have four children.

Brian Newberg is the Financial Controller and an associate pastor at New Life Church, having served on the staff since 1996. Brian currently oversees the financial operations of the church as well as the supervision of all major construction projects. Brian and his wife Pam are also leaders in the Groups ministry and are Zone Leaders, Board Members and Founders of High Country Home Educators, a homeschool support group with over 500 families. They are also active in leading small groups. Brian also serves as the staff liaison to the Ushering ministry at the church. Brian grew up in Iowa and received a B.S. degree in Accounting from the University of South Dakota in 1983. After college, Brian moved to Colorado Springs, where he successfully passed the CPA examination in 1983. Brian spent the next 13 years specailizing in non-profit tax and accounting at such prominent firms as Deloitte & Touche and Capin Crouse, LLP before joining New Life Church in 1996 to pursue his call to full-time ministry. Brian and his wife, Pam, have been married for 21 years. They have four children: Zach, Tami, Josiah, and Caleb.

Ted Whaley is the Director of the Groups Ministry at New Life Church. He moved to Colorado Springs in 1994 in the middle of a corporate career with McGraw-Hill, and a few years later, became the Groups Director for the church. Under Ted's direction, New Life has grown with over a thousand Groups connecting 68% of the 14,000 members of New Life, and over 1,200 outside the church.  He has been married to his wife Denise for 22 years and they have three beautiful daughters.

Brent is the _tag youth pastor and director of _tag student ministries at New Life Church. Under Brent's leadership, weekly attendance at _tag has grown to over 1,200 jr. high and high school students. He's a passionate guy whose sole desire is to see you accomplish God's purpose in your own generation. Brent exposes students to the power of the Word of God and teaches them how to become great ministers to their generation and how to change their culture for the kingdom of God. Just don't sit too close when he speaks. His bodily contortions might accidentally cause you harm. Brent and his wife Maria have a beautiful daughter, Aurora.

Aaron Stern is pastor of theMILL, New Life's college and career ministry, as well as the director of twentyfourseven, New Life's leadership training program. He's a graduate of Oral Roberts University with a degree in business and a Masters in theology. His passion is helping people unpack and bend their lives around the truth of scripture. He is on stage at theMILL and around the country where his engaging messages challenge individuals to live great lives for God. If you need to find him, chances are he's at a local Starbucks sharing his heart for the Lord with others while fulfilling his second passion - double tall one-pump mochas. Aaron and his wife, Jossie, a licensed marriage and family therapist, have three boys - Parker, Cohen, and Brooks.

David Perkins leads Desperation, a national conference and internship ministry that equips young people to live in desperate pursuit of God. Additionally, David leads theFurnace, a collegiate prayer ministry, based out of the World Prayer Center. David obtained a theology degree from Southern Nazarene University in 2000. He and his wife, Renata, enjoy life in Colorado with their children, Dawson and Alivia.

Glenn Packiam is the Director of the New Life School of Worship, as well as Associate Worship Pastor at New Life Church, where he leads worship for the college ministry (theMILL) and serves alongside Ross Parsley to lead worship for the Sunday services. A graduate of Oral Roberts University with a Bachelor's in Theological/Historical Studies and a Master's in Management, Glenn is also one of the worship leaders/songwriters of Vertical Music's Desperation Band and is an exclusive songwriter for Integrity Music. He and his wife, Holly, and their daughter, Sophia, are enjoying life in beautiful Colorado.
